When independent advice helps
Independent challenge is useful when a vendor proposal is already on the table, a platform is due for replacement, AI investment is being considered or executives need to understand the cost and risk of different paths.
It can also help when a project is drifting and the original decision needs to be revisited, rather than simply spending more on delivery.
Start with the decision, not the product
We establish the real problem, test the available evidence and compare realistic options. Those options can include building, buying, changing, replacing or stopping. A recommendation to do nothing can be the right result.
Where appropriate, we examine the business case, solution architecture, data and integration requirements, operating model, security, delivery approach and measurable benefits.
When the decision needs detailed technical scrutiny, we can include solution architecture and design, cybersecurity assurance and AI investment assessment as appropriate to the scope.
A recommendation you can defend
The output of a Decision Review is a client-owned Decision Blueprint. It brings the evidence, options, solution design, commercial case, risks, roadmap and acceptance criteria into one deliverable plan.
How we protect independence
Our Decision Review is completed before a delivery provider is chosen. The fee does not change based on whether the recommendation is to build, buy, change, replace or stop.
SafeSpace can provide delivery capability, but the client is free to use another provider or its own team. Any potential delivery interest should be transparent before that decision is made.
The purpose is to make the decision safer, not to sell a predetermined solution.
