How We Work

Four gates from uncertainty to evidence.

Each gate has a purpose, an evidence standard and a clear output. Delivery does not begin until the problem and solution are defined.

Gate 1: Prove

Challenge the stated problem, test the supporting evidence, separate symptoms from causes and quantify the cost of doing nothing. The gate closes only when the problem is real, understood and worth solving.

Gate 2: Design

Develop and compare the realistic paths. Design the complete solution, including architecture, operating model, commercial case, governance, roadmap, acceptance criteria and benefits measures.

Gate 3: Deliver

The client chooses the delivery model after the recommendation is complete. SafeSpace can deliver directly where appropriate, steward another provider, or hand over the Blueprint.

SafeSpace is accountable for the agreed delivery scope.SafeSpace selects or governs a third party and holds the gates. The third party remains accountable for its output. The client or its provider proceeds using the Blueprint.

Gate 4: Verify

Test the delivered solution against the written acceptance criteria and review benefits at agreed checkpoints. Verification is bounded by defined measures, evidence and dates.

The recommendation never changes because of who delivers the work.
